Stress and Coping

With the further spread of the virus, many of us will start to feel stressed and having trouble coping with everything going on. It is completely normal to feel stressed in situations like this. The CDC is a great resource for helping manage stress and finding coping skills that work for you. Everyone is going to work through this differently. It is important to find ways to cope with what is happening around us.

For those looking for ways to talk to young children about what is happening, the CDC has a coloring book about coping after a disaster. While we are not close to the end yet, this coloring book is a great way to start a conversation with your child.
