Cross State Travel Information
With the snow comes a renewed sense of determination to do the best we can through this Pandemic. Vermont has been an example of strength and care, to take care of ourselves and those we love, both in our families and our communities.
As the winter months approach, most of us are planning our holiday get-togethers. This year, we urge you to do your part, if you must travel, be sure to follow quarantine guidelines. If you are sick, protect those around you by staying home. The world of technology has made it possible to visit with people, without putting them in danger of sickness. While Covid is on the tips of everyone’s tongue for sickness this year, there are other more common germs out there, just as prevalent as always. We each need to do our part to keep immune systems up and running, be it from a common cold or covid.
No one likes to hear “the new normal”, all of us want to see faces in person again, we want to make the memories we always have, hugs from those we love seem like a hidden treasure on a quest with no end. We will get there. There is an end, the medical community is working hard to find ways to get all of us there. In the mean time, stay strong, reach out when you need something, make new memories, stay home if you are sick, and follow the guidelines set by those trying to keep us all safe as we power through this together.
